What Our Support Includes: From Idea to Report
Picture this: You’ve held dozens of meetings, selected a strategic marketing partner, and signed the contract. Monday morning arrives. At that moment, many executives face an unsettling question: “So what exactly happens next?”
All too often, working with an agency turns into a “black box.” You hand over the money and the brief, and in return, you receive infrequent reports and vague promises. It’s unclear who’s doing what, how you can influence the process, or what the final outcome will be. This creates distrust and risk.
We believe that the work process is as important as the final product. It must be transparent, systematic, and predictable. We have no “secret sauce” that we hide. We take an open, engineering-driven approach to building a growth machine.
In this article, we will show you, as honestly and in as much detail as possible, what our collaboration looks like in the first 90-day pilot project, as it would be documented technically. You will see the four clearly defined phases, understand what we do in each one, and know what you will receive at the end. There will be no surprises, only a predictable process.
Phase 1: Immersion and Planning (Weeks 1–2)
The first two weeks are the most important. During this time, we will not launch any advertising campaigns or write any content for the website. Our only goal is to synchronize completely with your team and transform your vision into a clear, measurable plan. We lay the foundation.
The key event of this phase is a strategic workshop, or our “Knowledge Extraction Session.” We bring together key stakeholders from your company, usually the head of marketing, chief commercial officer, and chief technology officer, and conduct a series of structured interviews. We immerse ourselves in your business, including the product, customers, sales process, and data.
As a result of this workshop, we will jointly formulate and document the main problem that our 90-day pilot will solve, a clear hypothesis that we will test, and specific KPIs by which we will measure success. For example: “Obtain 10 MQLs at a cost not exceeding X USD.”
All this information forms the basis of the main document of this phase: the “Project Description.” This short (two to three pages), critically important document is approved by you. It is our shared “constitution” for the next 90 days. No work will begin until we agree on every point of this plan. This ensures that, from the beginning, we are all looking in the same direction.
Phase 2: Building Infrastructure and Assets (Weeks 3–4)
Once the project description is approved, construction will begin. The next two weeks will be spent preparing all the necessary infrastructure and “ammunition” for our pilot sprint. This work is quiet but critically important.
What exactly happens? First, we create and configure our “single control panel” in Notion or a standard Excel file. Then, we invite your team to it. We set up goals and reports in analytics systems to accurately track the pilot KPIs. Most importantly, we will create the “minimum viable content”: we will adapt a webpage, write an email sequence, and compile a relevant case study.
At this stage, your role is to provide feedback at key points. You will approve the core message, design, and copy. This ensures that the assets we deliver align perfectly with your vision. The result of this phase is a system that is fully prepared and ready for launch.
Phase 3: Active Sprint and “Operating Rhythm” (Weeks 5–10)
In week five, we press the “start” button. The advertising campaign goes live, personalized touchpoints with customers begin, and we start collecting real market data.
A predictable “operating rhythm” is the key to success and peace of mind at this stage. We will not pull you into minor issues. Communication is structured as follows:
- Daily: brief, asynchronous status updates on tasks in our “control panel.”
- Weekly: A short email report with key pilot metrics (plan versus actual).
- Every two weeks, hold a 30-minute strategic sync to discuss findings and adjust course as needed.
This rhythm gives you full control over the results without involving you in the operational routine.
Phase 4: Analysis and Playbook (Weeks 11–12)
We will dedicate the final two weeks of the pilot program to analysis and synthesis. We will stop active campaigns and thoroughly analyze all collected data. What worked? What did not work? Why? We calculate the final KPIs and compare them with those defined in the “Project Charter.”
As a result, you will receive two key documents. The first is the final report. It is a concise document that focuses on the main conclusion: whether the hypothesis was confirmed and why. The second document, the most valuable one, is the playbook. It is a step-by-step guide describing a successful process. It is a valuable asset that remains with your company forever.
Partnership, not Contracting
Immersion, Building, Sprint, Analysis. This four-phase process is designed so that, in the end, you receive more than just “campaign results”: a sustainable, systemic asset (the playbook) and complete clarity on the next steps.
We don’t just “do marketing” for you. We build a marketing system with you, training your team and creating processes that continue to work even after we leave.
This structured approach guarantees results. If you are ready to start building your growth machine with the same transparent plan, we are ready to become your partner.
